Basically I figured a way to use google maps to plot out locations on a map. I thought it'd be a fun, visual way to keep track of places we have been and are eventually going. Hopefully it helps people who are like me and struggle sometimes with their geography.
I've included a link to the map page at the top of this blog post, but if you don't want to keep track of this blog post I have also added a new navigation menu option called "Map" that will take you to the page where the map is embedded. Here are some pictures of what those will look like.

Once you get to Map page, you should see something that looks like the picture below, except probably a bit bigger and actually interactive:

We'll do our best to keep this map up-to-date. There is one marker in particular under the "Where are we now?" category that is represented by a green star on the map that we'll move around as we travel.
So I hope this is a useful feature for you all. I'm sure it will be for me and Katie in the future when we look back on our travels after our sabbatical is done and we try to remember all that we got to do.
Cheers
