It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas...Kind Of

We've been loving being back in Melbourne for the last few days. In contrast to the reports and pictures of snow back home, we've had sun and low 70s. It doesn't feel like Christmas to us Northerners used to snow, but Melbourne is doing its best to look Christmas-like. 

This house in our neighborhood has tons of light up snowmen, reindeer, trees, and more juxtaposed against the palm trees

The Melbourne Central Mall is subtly telling everyone to "Give" (aka buy more) with their tree

I think a giant star would be festive at the top of the spire in the mall
